Welcome to Sri Lanka!
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Colombo.
Today is intentionally relaxed — a soft landing before the adventure begins. Check in, freshen up, and take time to recover from your journey. You may choose to take a short walk around the neighborhood, enjoy local Sri Lankan cuisine, or simply unwind at the hotel.
This evening is about settling in, meeting fellow travelers, and preparing for the days ahead.

Day 2: Kandy

Day 2 :
After breakfast, we begin our journey into Sri Lanka’s cultural highlands.
The drive from Colombo to Kandy takes approximately 4 hours, gradually transitioning from bustling cityscapes to lush greenery and rolling hills. Along the way, you’ll begin to see why Sri Lanka is often called the “Emerald Isle.”
Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to your hotel perched with panoramic views. The rest of the afternoon is free to relax after the drive — enjoy the cool mountain breeze, sip some Ceylon tea, and take in the scenic surroundings.

Day 3: Kandy

Day 3 :
After breakfast, we dive into the cultural treasures of Kandy — Sri Lanka’s last royal capital and a UNESCO World Heritage city.
We begin with a visit to the Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue, where a massive white Buddha overlooks the city. From here, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Kandy and its surrounding hills.
Next, we visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya, home to over 4,000 species of plants, orchids, towering palm avenues, and tropical flora.
In the evening, we experience one of the most sacred rituals in Sri Lanka — the ceremony at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. This revered temple houses what is believed to be a tooth relic of Lord Buddha. The evening pooja (ritual) ceremony is a spiritual and atmospheric experience filled with drumming, chanting, and offerings.
Return to the hotel after a culturally rich day.

Day 4: Ella

Activity: Scenic Train Ride from Ambewela
Day 4 :
After breakfast, we journey toward Ambewela, where we’ll board one of the most scenic train rides in the world.
The train ride through Sri Lanka’s hill country is nothing short of magical — misty mountains, emerald tea plantations, and endless green valleys. It’s slow travel at its finest.
After the train journey, we continue by road to Ella, a charming mountain town known for its laid-back vibe and stunning landscapes.

Today is all about exploring Ella’s iconic highlights.
After breakfast, we head to the famous Nine Arch Bridge, an architectural marvel surrounded by dense jungle and tea fields, we hike up Little Adam’s Peak — a relatively easy trek rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the valleys below. The rolling hills and layered mountains create one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Sri Lanka.
If time permits, we’ll visit Ravana Waterfall, a powerful cascade surrounded by lush greenery — perfect for photos and a refreshing break.
Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy Ella’s relaxed café culture or simply unwind.

Day 6: Weligama

Activity: Afternoon Safari in Udawalawe National Park
Day 6 :
After breakfast, we leave the highlands behind and head south toward Udawalawe National Park.
In the afternoon, we embark on an exciting Jeep Safari through the park. Udawalawe is famous for its large elephant population, along with deer, buffalo, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife. The open landscapes make wildlife sightings frequent and spectacular.
After the safari, we continue our journey to the southern coastal town of Weligama and check in to our villa.
The night is yours to relax by the coast.

After breakfast, enjoy a slow coastal morning.
Today is free to explore Weligama and neighboring beaches such as Mirissa and Unawatuna. Golden sands, turquoise waters, and swaying palm trees set the scene for a perfect beach day.

Morning or sunset yoga sessions
Café hopping along the coast

Day 9: Colombo
