We made a private tour and visited New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Puskar, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Narlai and Udaipur. We hade two drivers, the first was Nemish and the second one Ratan. Both were excellent drivers, friendly and very service minded. Most city guides were also good. The whole tour was well organized. However we were not always happy with the choice of hotels , the train trip from Ajmer to Jaisalmer and the leopard safari in Jaipur. All in all it was an interesting trip, colourfull, lots of people, noise, interesting forts and palaces but to many cows in the streets.

We have used India Someday since they first started and have got to know them very well. They have organised 3 trips for us, introducing us to many of the lesser known wonders of India. We have travelled by train, car and plane, with everything taken care of and they have introduced us to the delights of homestays. If ever you stay in Mumbai, go and meet the team. We had a wonderful time with them and hope it won’t be long before we meet them again. Our first trip with them was for 2 months and this trip was 30 days. The most important thing is the time they take witgh planning your trip taking into account, your interests, age, fitness (!) and wishes.
