We hade two drivers, the first was Nemish and the second one Ratan. Both were excellent drivers, friendly and very service minded. Most city guides were also good. The whole tour was well organized. However we were not always happy with the choice of hotels , the train trip from Ajmer to Jaisalmer and the leopard safari in Jaipur. All in all it was an interesting trip, colourfull, lots of people, noise, interesting forts and palaces but to many cows in the streets.

We then agreed on a program relatively quickly, a combination of train travel and rental cars with drivers. We chose mid-range hotels and homestays for accommodation. Support during the trip was provided by an English-speaking representative via WhatsApp, who was very reliable and helpful in fine-tuning everything on site. Indiasomeday's organization and support before and during the trip was excellent and very cost-transparent. The entire six weeks worked as planned. India Someday is a Mumbai-based, human-led travel planning service that designs personalised, tailor-made trips to India for independent travellers. Founded in 2012, the company helps solo travellers, couples, families, and small groups plan trips across all budgets — from backpacker hostels to luxury heritage hotels — with transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and 24/7 on-trip support.

India Someday was co-founded by Harsh Sonawala and Abbas Slatewala and is staffed by a small team of passionate travellers based in Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai. The service is available in seven languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, and Italian. Through its sister site, Asia Someday, the company also plans trips to Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

The company charges a consultation fee — USD 500 for up to two weeks for two adults — and provides an itemised, transparent cost breakdown for all trip components including accommodation, transport, and activities. No add-on or hidden fees are charged. Discounts are available for solo travellers (25% off), travellers under 25 (50% off), and travellers under 30 (30% off).
